A message from a home with a service under way pages us directly, whatever day it is. That is the fastest path to a person we have, and it exists precisely for the Saturday-at-6pm moment.

Every app — the iPad, the phone, the web — carries Help & support under Account. It opens a conversation, not a ticket: your home’s whole history in one thread, with us on the other end. When someone’s at the desk, the sheet says so. When nobody is, your message wakes us by email, and our reply lands back in the sheet and in your inbox — nothing waits on you keeping the app open.
