Forty people come to a service. A few of them think about their own arrangements that afternoon and never say a word about it to anyone. FuneralGuestbook asks them — quietly, on the same iPad they sign — and gives you the ones who said yes.
We will show you the whole path: the question on the iPad, the queue it fills, and the weekly note your counselor gets. Tell us where you are.
One reply from a person. No sequence, no call unless you ask for one.
No card, no clipboard, no one asking out loud at a funeral. A guest signing the book can tick a box saying they would like information about planning ahead. Most will not. The ones who do are telling you something they would not have said to your face that day.
An opt-in does not appear in your queue — or in any digest — until the family’s service is thirty days behind you. That window is yours to set per home. It is the part of this we would not ship without, and it is why the leads arrive worth calling.
The opt-in becomes a lead for your counselor, in your queue, with a weekly summary of what is newly workable. We do not contact the family, sell the list, or market to a guest. The home is the beneficiary here, not the product.
